We had a prayer meeting in chuch yesterday before we all watched Mission Impossible Three in a movie theatre we nearly totally filled out and had trouble with the seating arrangement. But that's not the point. So at prayer meeting, Lynette asked, "What's church to you?"

So, what is church to you? Church to me, is what the world isn't. The world isn't happy. The world isn't true. The world isn't there for you. I really love church. I love Pastors, Dominic, Lynette and Jamie. School is depressing and it makes you all melancholic. Go there, the corners of your lips go down, not up. Church is a refuge. Your day's horrible in school. You quarrell and slap your friend in school. Your teacher throws your exercise book out of the classroom on the fifth floor and asks you to go and retreive it. What I would do to salvage my disgusting day? Run to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, FTMS House, and have worship session. In church, everyone speaks life. It's all about being encouraging and pulling each other up. Not pushing each other down. In church, it's discipleship. You know behind it, it's because she loves you and wants to help you. In school, it's plain simple scolding. You know behind it, it's because she hates you and wants to vent her anger on you. Boy, do I like everything about church. It's definitely a home for me. It's where I can be myself. I can lift my hands high, I can sing and jump and shout. I can worship my God in crazy manners. And no one's going to point and snicker at me.

I just want to encourage all of you to give to the building fund. Because after hearing what Pastor has been preaching, I know you're going to be blessed when you do. Don't miss out on this! I'll be giving as well. (:

I know you have been sad that I haven't been posting pictures. But guess what? (I bet you all are all going, "Yay! She's going to post photos now!") I'm still not going to! Hah. Now you hate me. Sorry sorry.

By the way, still want to go for Red Rain Concert with me? It's totally cool. Rocking.

What should you do on a boring May 28 and 27? Now, dear friends of Yolanda or just random passerbys, isn't the answer obvious. Haven't you seen MSN nicks, haven't you read 8days? The coolest band is coming to Singapore! My darling Red Rain!!! You know they're cool, you know their music rocks, you know you're free. So what's stopping you! Ask me for tickets alright? I'll be glad to go for the concert with you.
